Working at Zeppelin is an experience you never forget. Even when retiring, Zeppeliners feel connected to their former colleagues and the company. In 2005, some pensioners founded the Zeppelin Veterans Club e. V. which meets regularly and helps them to keep in contact. Today, some member of the Zeppelin Veterans Club visited bauma. One of them, Dieter Lindemann, enjoyed the day in particular, as he was granted honorary membership.

Says Alexander Bautzmann: “I enjoy meeting former colleagues, chatting about old times. It’s great to see how Zeppelin has developed. It has become more international during the years. From a technical point of view, I admire the progress of digitalization”.

“I used to work in training, and many of my former “pupils” are now also in the Veterans Club. It’s great that we manage to stay in contact”, adds Gerhard Tinzel.
