We are Zeppelin – and we are looking for new colleagues! There is no better opportunity to recruit new staff than at a trade fair dedicated to the construction industry. Our HR colleagues in Hall B6 have been very successful in making new contacts – 115+ altogether at bauma! Furthermore, two employment contracts haven been signed directly.

HR strategy was to actively address visitors passing by at our stand, aiming in particular at young men who seemed to be very interested in our exhibits. Other Zeppelin colleagues helped in making contacts once they realized that the visitors they were talking to might be interested in a job at Zeppelin.
